Exhibitor passes (for free and for purchase)

The free exhibitor passes can be downloaded via the online ordering system . They must be personalized.

As an exhibitor you will get for free:

  • up to 12 m² 2 exhibitor passes
  • from 13 m² to 20 m² 3 exhibitor passes
  • for each additional 10 m² 1 exhibitor pass
  • up to a maximum of 20 exhibitor passes
  • 1 exhibitor pass for each co-exhibitor

If you need more exhibitor passes, you can order them for a purchase via the online ordering system .

Prices: Permanent pass for exhibitors: 32 Euro (plus VAT), Day pass for exhibitors: 11 Euro (plus VAT). They must be also personalized.

Note on (chargeable) exhibitor day passes: The day pass entitles the holder to multiple entries during the regular opening hours for exhibitors (08:00 - 18:00)

No passes are required during the construction and dismantling periods.

Exhibitor party

The exhibitors' party will take place on 12 March 2025 at the KONGRESSHALLE am Zoo Leipzig. You will receive a separate message from our protocol department at the beginning of January to order your tickets. Don't just come with your colleagues, but also invite your customers to this special evening. Tickets can be purchased at a price of €49 incl. VAT.

CONTACT - Business Meetings

Once again, the Leipzig Chamber of Industry and Commerce, together with the Saxon network partners of the Enterprise Europe Network, invites you to the the "CONTACT: Business Meetings" cooperation exchange as part of the "Intec / Zuliefermesse” trade fair on 12 March 2025, 10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Register now!

Have you booked a complete stand with your exhibitor registration? Please send your Logos, graphics and the desired color of the carpet to FAIRNET, contact person: Stefanie Roch.

Please note: The complete stand offer does not include an electrical connection. Please order this separately according to your individual requirements via our online ordering system .

Customer Invitations

As an exhibitor or co-exhibitor, you will receive a personalized promo code for your company via email.

With this code, your customers and business partners can obtain an unlimited number of free visitor tickets (valid from 9:00 a.m. on the exhibition days) through the online ticket shop . The promo codes are included in the marketing fee, with no additional costs.

If you don't just want to send a code to your customers, why not design your invitation in the design of the supplier fair. Please use our template for customer invitations.

Last Minute Parking

At present it is still possible to order parking tickets via the online ordering system .

In the case that you have not yet booked a parking ticket for the period of the event until shortly before the start of the trade fair, you can purchase them at the Last Minute Counter at the North Gate 2 (PDF, 878 kB) 10.03.2025 (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and on the first day of the fair 11.03.2025 (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) at a charge.

Last Minute Stand Construction/ Stand Equipment

The Last Minute Service is located in the Glass Hall: Here you can order selected stand construction services (at an extra charge) on 10.03.2025 (9:00 to 18:00) and still on the first day of the fair (11.03.2025, 8:00 to 12:00).

Online ordering system

Use the online ordering system to order our services quickly and easily . These include among others:

  • Stand construction / stand equipment
  • Technical services such as electrical / water installation
  • Publishing services
  • Scan2Lead / Lead Tracking (coming)
  • Exhibitor passes (free and chargeable)
  • Parking
  • Stand cleaning and much more

In your stand allocation, which you will receive from us by e-mail, you will find, among other things, the user name for your customer account. If you do not have your password from previous events or if you are attending the Zuliefermesse for the first time, please request it directly on the page of the online ordering system using the button "Forgot password / request password".

ATTENTION: For technical reasons, the password will be sent to the company e-mail noted in your stand allocation.

After entering the password, you will be asked to change your password. Please then remember the new password for your further activities in the online ordering system . Please make all technical orders and applications for approval at short notice. As of 15.02.2025, a late payment surcharge of 15% will be levied on selected services.

Parcel deliveries

Parcel shipments will be delivered directly to the exhibition stand by the appointed parcel and courier companies during an event if the conditions described below are fulfilled:

  • the shipment arrives for delivery during the construction and fair period between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • the address of the recipient is clear and in the following format:

PR service for exhibitors

Use our communication channels and our network! Please send us your product or service information via the following form If possible, we will include it in press releases as well as in online newsletters and social media activities. This service is free of charge for you.

Invoicing

The invoice for the stand rental incl.media flat rate, marketing flat rate and AUMA fee will be sent out from January 2025. Payment of this invoice is a prerequisite for downloading your free exhibitor passes. Invoicing of all other ordered services with the exception of Fairnet (invoices will also be issued before the start of the event) will take place within four weeks after the event.

Scan2Lead / Lead Tracking

Track your exhibition contacts digitally, in a simple way and in real-time with the help of Scan2Lead at your stand. With Scan2Lead , you receive all visitor information at the push of a button for further processing and integration into your own systems.

All Scan2Lead products can be booked in the online ordering system . Your access credentials were shared with you along with your stand assignment.

With all offers, your data will be available in your own Scan2Lead PORTAL for further processing.

Forwarding agencies

The exclusive logistics partner of Leipziger Messe GmbH is DHL Trade Fairs & Events GmbH (DHL TFE). The company exercises exclusive forwarding rights on the exhibition grounds.

DHL TFE's services in detail:

  • Transport of exhibits and stand structures to and from the stand
  • Empty and full load handling including provision of technical auxiliary equipment for unloading and loading
  • Assembly and disassembly
  • Transports, etc.
  • Customs clearance for temporary and final importation

To order the service, please use only the online ordering system .

The official Leipziger Messe tariff applies to all forwarding services. You will find an overview of the costs in the Logistic Services Tariff (PDF, 846 kB) .

Tip: You can also commission DHL TFE to transport your trade fair and stand construction materials to and from Leipzig.

Stand construction and dismantling / Machine delivery

Machine delivery (Intec - Halls 2 and 3 only): 3 March 2025, from 7.00 a.m.

3 March 2025 is intended exclusively for the delivery of exhibits / machines in Halls 2 and 3 (Intec). Unloading and placement of machines only with a forwarding contract or logistics number issued by the trade fair forwarder DHL.

Stand construction:
04.03.25 continuously until 10.03.2025 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Please note that your basic stand construction must be completed by 16:00 hrs on 10.03.2025.

Stand dismantling:
14.03.2025 from 4:00 p.m.continuously until 18.03.2025 6:00 p.m.
Important note: Entry of dismantling vehicles is expected to be possible from 6:00 p.m. on 14.03.2025.

Stand construction approval

The stand construction application and the application for technical permits and exhibits with special hazards have been replaced by a semi-automated procedure for approving your planned exhibition stand. This offers you the opportunity to submit the necessary information about your planned exhibition stand conveniently and with little effort. You will then be informed of the requirements associated with safe operation.

You will receive a corresponding e-mail from our event technology department with a link to a separate questions page and a password. After you have registered for the first time with this one-time password, we recommend that you set up a personalised password so that you can save data temporarily and edit later. Please complete the entries promptly.

The checks to be carried out as part of operator responsibility during the set-up, dismantling and implementation phases with regard to compliance with the technical guidelines and relevant laws, ordinances and regulations remain an important part of the safe operation of the venue.

Important information about access to the exhibition ground during the construction and dismantling periods and during the trade fair can be found in our traffic guide (PDF, 674 kB) .

Deposit:
Access to the exhibition grounds is only possible against payment of the following deposits:

  • Car / van 100,00 € (cash payment on site) for 120 minutes
  • Truck 200,00 € (cash payment on site) for 180 minutes (vehicle trailers are included)

If the time is exceeded, the deposit will be forfeited.

Publishing services/ Exhibitor database

NEUREUTER FAIRMEDIA GmbH is the exclusive partner for compiling the exhibitor directory for the Zuliefermesse and Intec.

You can use the online ordering system to customise your entries in the exhibitor directory or order additional services.

Other publishers who publish similar catalogues and directories are not authorised by Leipziger Messe GmbH.

Presentation in the exhibitor forum

With a presentation in the Exhibitor Forum, you will gain presence beyond your trade fair stand. Exhibitors at Intec and Z have the opportunity to present their company's range of services or practical solutions to a wider audience in the joint Exhibitor Forum of the two trade fairs. Some presentation slots are still available. Please register using this form (PDF, 2 MB) by 01.12.2024.

Draw attention to your company at the Leipzig Trade Fair! Our service partner FAIRNET rents out exclusive advertising space in the indoor and outdoor areas of the Leipzig Exhibition Centre in a prime location.

Point out your company to visitors as soon as they arrive at the exhibition centre. Make effective use of the trade fair environment for your self-confident corporate image and convince trade fair visitors.
