Exhibitor passes (for free and for purchase)
The free exhibitor passes can be downloaded via the online ordering system . The exhibitor passes must be personalized.
As an exhibitor you will get for free:
• up to 12 m² 2 exhibitor passes
• from 13 m² to 20 m² 3 exhibitor passes
• for each additional 10 m² 1 exhibitor pass
• up to a maximum of 20 exhibitor passes
If you need more exhibitor passes, you can order them for a purchase via the online ordering system .
They must be also personalized. In order to allow you a quick access to the event, we recommend that you retrieve the exhibitor passes before arriving at the event location and bring them with you in printed form.
Exhibitor party
The exhibitors' party will take place on 9 March 2023 at the Ratskeller zu Leipzig. You will receive a separate message from our protocol department to order your tickets. The price per ticket is 49 EUR.

Exhibitor party

CONTACT "Business meetings" – networking & matchmaking
Once again this year, the Leipzig Chamber of Industry and Commerce, together with the Saxon network partners of the Enterprise Europe Network, invites you to the 15th edition of the "CONTACT: Business Meetings" cooperation exchange as part of the attractive "Intec / Zuliefermesse” trade fair on 8 March 2023, 10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m., via this platform .
Registration is possible until 15 February 2023.
Customer Invitations
As a registered exhibitor, you can request free customer invitations (codes) in unlimited numbers via the online ordering system after receiving your stand allocation.
You will not incur any further costs after the Intec.
You can retrieve the digital codes yourself after being notified by our customer service. The digital codes can be ordered until 07.03.2023. Please inform the recipients of the customer invitations that they can only be redeemed online via the online ticket shop .
These are free one-day tickets that entitle the holder to one admission during regular opening hours for visitors.
Hotel booking
For Intec 2023, as an exhibitor you will benefit from improved hotel conditions and special cancellation periods. You can find an overview here .
To benefit from the special conditions, please always book directly via our hotel portal .

Invoicing
The invoice for the stand rental, marketing flat rate and media entry (catalogue, online- list of exhibitors) will be sent out from January 2022. Payment of this invoice is a prerequisite for downloading your free exhibitor passes. Invoicing of all other ordered services with the exception of Fairnet (invoices will also be issued before the start of the event) will take place within four weeks after the event.
Online ordering system
Here you can access the online ordering system to quickly and easily order our services. These include among others:
• Stand construction / stand equipment
• Technical services such as electrical / water installation
• Publishing services
• Free customer invitations (codes)

• Exhibitor passes (free and chargeable)

• Stand cleaning and much more
In your stand allocation, which you will receive from us by e-mail, you will find, among other things, the user name for your customer account. If you do not have your password from previous events or if you are attending the Intec for the first time, please request it directly on the page of the online ordering system using the button "Forgotten your password (request)?".
ATTENTION: For technical reasons, the password will be sent to the company e-mail noted in your stand allocation.
After entering the password, you will be asked to change your password. Please then remember the new password for your further activities in the online ordering system . Please make all technical orders and applications for approval at short notice. As of 15.02.2023, a late payment surcharge of 15% will be levied on selected services.
Scan2Lead / Lead Tracking
With the help of Scan2Lead, the state-of-the-art solution for lead tracking at trade fairs worldwide, you can easily record your trade fair contacts digitally and in real-time. The Scan2Lead SMART app enables you to scan barcodes or business cards using your smartphone or tablet and annotate them with notes, photos, etc. You can find more information (PDF, 1 MB) here.
You can order a licence to use the app on your own smartphones and tablets via the online ordering system .

Forwarding agencies
The exclusive logistics partner of Leipziger Messe GmbH is DHL Trade Fairs & Events GmbH (DHL TFE). The company exercises exclusive forwarding rights on the exhibition grounds.
DHL TFE's services in detail:
• Transport of exhibits and stand structures to and from the stand
• Empty and full load handling including provision of technical auxiliary equipment for unloading and loading
• Assembly and disassembly
• Transports, etc.
• Customs clearance for temporary and final importation
Note: Information on the possible forwarding services can be found in the Order form G1 (PDF, 38 kB) (forwarding services) in our order block. To order the service, please use only the online ordering system .
The official Leipziger Messe tariff applies to all forwarding services. You will find an overview of the costs in the Trade Fair Forwarding Tariff (PDF, 846 kB) .
Tip: You can also commission DHL TFE to transport your trade fair and stand construction materials to and from Leipzig.

Last Minute Parking
If you have not yet booked parking tickets for the period of the event, you can purchase them at the Last Minute in the Glass Hall on 06.03.2023 (9:00-18:00) and on the first day of the fair 07.03.2023 (9:00 to 18:00) at a charge.
At present it is still possible to order parking tickets via the online ordering system .
Last Minute Stand Construction/ Stand Equipment
The Last Minute Service is located in the Glass Hall: Here you can order selected stand construction services (at an extra charge) on 06.03.2023 (9.00 to 18.00) and still on the first day of the fair (07.03.2023, 8.00 to 12.00).
Stand assembly and dismantling / Deposit
Please note that your basic stand construction must be completed by 16:00 hrs on 06.03.2023.
Set-up: 28.02.23 continuously until 06.03.2023 7.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Dismantling: 10.03.2023 from 16.00 h continuously until 14.03.2023 18.00 h
Important note: Entry of dismantling vehicles is expected to be possible from 18:00 on 10.03.2023.
Deposit:
Access to the exhibition grounds is only possible against payment of the following deposits:
• Car / van 100,00 € (cash payment on site) for 120 minutes
• Truck 200,00 € (cash payment on site) for 180 minutes
(vehicle trailers are included)
If the time is exceeded, the deposit will be forfeited. Please also pass this information on to your service partners and, if applicable, to your co-exhibitors.

Parcel deliveries
Parcel shipments will be delivered directly to the exhibition stand by the appointed parcel and courier companies during an event if the conditions described below are fulfilled:
• the shipment arrives for delivery during the construction and fair period between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• the address of the recipient is clear and in the following format:

Advertising space on the exhibition grounds
Draw attention to your company at the Leipzig Trade Fair! Our service partner FAIRNET rents out exclusive advertising space in the indoor and outdoor areas of the Leipzig Exhibition Centre in a prime location.
Point out your company to visitors as soon as they arrive at the exhibition centre. Make effective use of the trade fair environment for your self-confident corporate image and convince trade fair visitors. FAIRNET will be happy to assist you with the design, production, (dis)assembly and, if desired, storage of your advertising materials.
